Welcome to the official website of Pathak100MPH Cricket Academy, India’s high-performance fast bowling academy. These Terms & Conditions apply to any assessment trial booking, online training, or admission enquiry made through this website. By making a payment or submitting a form on this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Assessment Trial Booking

  • Admission to Pathak100MPH is not direct. Every aspiring trainee must first book and attend an Assessment Trial, evaluated by our coaching staff.
  • The amount paid on the website is a trial booking amount only. It is not a registration or admission fee.
  • After booking, our admission desk will contact you within 24 to 48 hours with the trial date, timing, and venue. If you do not receive a call within 48 hours, please contact us at +91 88823 90596.
  • Attending the trial does not guarantee admission. Selection is at the discretion of the coaching and academy management, based on trial performance.
  • Direct walk-ins for admission are not permitted. Trials must be booked in advance through the website or our official contact number.

2. Admission After Trial Selection

  • Trainees selected after the assessment trial are offered admission to the academy’s training or residential program.
  • Admission is confirmed only after payment of the applicable academy fee and acceptance of academy policies.
  • Detailed training, conduct, and residential policies are shared with trainees and parents at the time of admission.

3. Online Training Program

  • Trainees enrolling in our Online Fast Bowling Training programs are not required to attend an in-person trial, unless specified.
  • Online training fees are for the selected coaching package only and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All payments made on this website, including assessment trial booking amounts and online training fees, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
  • A booked trial slot remains valid for 30 days from the date of payment. If the trainee does not attend within this period and has not received a revised date, the slot and fee stand forfeited.

5. Training Conduct

  • Trainees are expected to follow academy schedules, maintain discipline, and wear appropriate training or protective gear as instructed by coaching staff.
  • The academy reserves the right to deny, pause, or discontinue training, without refund, in case of misconduct, indiscipline, or unsafe behaviour.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

  • Cricket and fast bowling involve inherent physical risk. Participation in trials, training, matches, and residential activities is voluntary and at the trainee’s own risk.
  • Pathak100MPH is not liable for any injury, accident, illness, or health issue occurring during trials, training, travel, or residential stay.
  • Basic first aid is available on site. In emergencies, the trainee will be taken to the nearest hospital and the guardian informed immediately.
  • Trainees and families are advised to maintain personal medical or health insurance.

7. Residential Facility

  • Pathak100MPH offers a supervised residential facility for enrolled trainees, covering accommodation, food, and daily supervision.
  • Residents are expected to follow academy discipline, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.

8. Media & Content Rights

  • Pathak100MPH may capture and use trainee photos, videos, and match or training footage for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes on our website and social media.
  • By booking a trial or enrolling, trainees and guardians consent to such use.

9. Communication Consent

  • By submitting a form or making a payment on this website, you authorize Pathak100MPH to contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding trials, training, and related updates.

10. Amendments

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect current academy policies. The revised terms take effect once posted on this page.
  • The management’s decision on any policy, dispute, or situation is final and binding.

By completing a trial booking, online training payment, or enquiry through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
