Return & Refund Policy

At Pathak100MPH (“we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to keep our payment process transparent for every trainee and parent. Please read this policy carefully before booking an assessment trial, enrolling in online training, or making any payment through our website or official channels.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Pathak100MPH are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment trial booking amount
• Online training fees
• Academy admission fees
• Residential facility or food-related payments
• Any other add-on service charges or deposits

Trial Slot Validity

• A booked assessment trial slot remains valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
• If the trainee does not attend the trial within this period, and no revised date has been issued by the academy, the slot and the amount paid will be treated as forfeited.

No Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Adjustment

• Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted against any other service.
• Rescheduling a trial or training session is only possible with prior approval from the academy and is not guaranteed.

Non-Transferability

• Trial bookings, training packages, and admission fees are non-transferable. They cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

Important Notes

• No refunds are issued for reasons including, but not limited to: non-selection after trial, absence, withdrawal, medical issues or injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, dissatisfaction, or any personal reason.

By making any payment to Pathak100MPH, whether for an assessment trial, online training, or admission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. Please ensure you are fully committed before making a payment.
