TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR CRICKET ACADEMY

  • All trainees must wear the T-shirt of the academy during any competition or camp.
  • Shall use your protective gear while practicing on the ground.
  • All trainees will have to adhere to the scheduled timing.
  • Drinks: Only water, lime water or other sports drinks. Kindly avoid bringing fizzy carbonated drinks during classes.
  • Discipline of the academy/hostel/coaching session shall be maintained at all the times and if found otherwise the trainee would be expelled from the academy/ session without prior notice (In that case no fees will be refundable).
  • The cricket academy/organizer shall not be responsible for any injury/death that may occur during the duration of coaching or matches.
  • Trainees who are not availing hostel facilities will have to make their own transport arrangements.
  • Fees will charge on a monthly basis and due on the first session (only full amount of fees will be accepted to continue with next session) day of the new month. Admission fee is mandatory and should be paid before any session or before allotment of room in hostel. NO REFUND will be given, nor will missed classes be adjusted in next payment
  • In case, after valid reason, room allotted in hostel without payment, trainee have this responsibility to pay the fees within 12-24 hrs after allotment. 10. Non vegetarian food is not included in hostel meals; it will not be provided by faculty. You can have it on your own with prior permission of management.
  • The registration fee for Pathak100mph is non-refundable. Payment, once made, is non-reversible for any reason, including withdrawal or inability to participate. Participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy upon registration.

Restrictions in playing area

  • We appreciate your interest in your child's progress at the cricket academy. However, we ask that you respect the boundaries of the academy and refrain from participating in or interfering with academy activities. Our coaches and staff are trained to provide the best possible training and support to our players, and we ask that you allow them to do their jobs.

I hereby declare that I accept all the terms and conditions mentioned above of Pathak 100mph academy. I will not hold the academic responsibility for any accident/unforeseen incident due to negligence of myself.
