About Pathak100MPH Cricket Academy

Pathak100MPH is India’s leading high-performance cricket academy, founded and led by Ankit Pathak, widely recognised as one of India’s most trusted fast bowling coaches. The academy is not a general cricket coaching centre. It is a performance-development system built specifically for cricketers who are serious about competing at district, state, and national levels.

Ankit Pathak: Head Coach & Founder

Ankit Pathak brings over 13 years of experience and has mentored more than 3,000 cricketers across India and abroad. His coaching approach combines biomechanics, technical mastery, strength and conditioning, and mental performance, four pillars that most academies treat separately, if at all.

How Admission Actually Works at Pathak100MPH

The most important thing to understand about Pathak100MPH is this: we do not have open admissions. There is no form you can fill, fee you can pay, and programme you can begin without going through the official trial process.

This is a deliberate design decision, not a bureaucratic barrier. A high-performance training environment requires every coach to understand every athlete they work with, their technical baseline, their physical capacities, their mindset, and their goals. Without that understanding, we cannot build an effective training plan. Without an effective training plan, we cannot produce the results our athletes deserve.

Admission to Pathak100MPH flows through one gateway: the official assessment trial. This applies to every player, regardless of age, background, current speed, or prior coaching history.

The Assessment Trial: What It Actually Is

The word “trial” often creates anxiety in cricketers, the fear of being evaluated, judged, and turned away. We want to address this directly and clearly.

The Pathak100MPH trial is not a pass/fail test. It is a Performance Gap Analysis, a professional assessment designed to understand where you are, where you need to go, and what it will take to get there. The purpose of the trial is not to eliminate candidates. It is to build a precise picture of each athlete so that the right training pathway can be designed for them.

“Think of it the way a doctor approaches a new patient, the consultation happens before the prescription. We cannot design your training plan without first understanding your current condition, your goals, and the gap between them.”

What the Trial Evaluates

Current Performance Level

Your bowling action, speed, rhythm, consistency, and physical condition are assessed objectively. For batsmen, your technique, timing, footwork, and shot selection are evaluated. This is your honest starting point, not what you think you can do, but what you demonstrate on the day.

Target Performance Level

Where do you want to compete? District? State? Ranji Trophy? IPL? Your ambition shapes the entire development plan. The coaching team understands the technical benchmarks required at each level and designs your roadmap around those benchmarks.

The Performance Gap

The honest, technical distance between your current level and your target. This is the most valuable information a cricketer can receive, a clear, specific, actionable understanding of what exactly needs to change and by how much.

The Development Roadmap

Based on the gap analysis, you receive a personalized roadmap: the estimated time required to reach your target level, the type of training needed (online, hybrid, or residential), the investment required, and the milestones along the way. This roadmap is unique to you.

What happens after the trial? You receive expert feedback, your personalised improvement roadmap, and your eligibility status for admission. If you want to start, our team guides you through the next steps for enrolment into the appropriate programme. The entire process is designed to give you clarity, not confusion.

Assesment Trial Fee

The trial requires a one-time booking fee of ₹799. This applies to both the Bowling Trial and the Batting Trial.

This fee serves two purposes: it ensures that the coaching team’s time is allocated only to players who are genuinely committed to their development, and it provides you access to a professional performance evaluation that would cost significantly more at any comparable facility.

For ₹799, you receive a complete assessment by one of India’s most experienced fast bowling coaches, a personalised development roadmap, and career guidance, before any further financial commitment is required. This is the appropriate first step for every serious cricketer, regardless of their current level.

Training Programs & Fee Structure (2026)

  • Mindset & performance sessions: structured mental conditioning for match-day performance
